About the role

We’re looking for a passionate and hands-on Accounting Specialist to join our team. This is a great opportunity to make an impact in a fast-paced tech company, working at the intersection of numbers, processes, and strategy.

The role is hybrid, with a presence required in our Milan office approximately two days a week.

What you bring

• Own and manage the invoicing process with our customers, vendors, and partners worldwide
• Manage complex transactions (intercompany, payroll, tax) and reconcile accounts across our subsidiaries
• Support monthly, quarterly and yearly closings, ensuring that all financial books and records are compliant with fiscal and statutory requirements
• Collaborate closely with our external accountants, auditors, lawyers, insurers, and banks
• Run analysis and support in creating reports to track and forecast revenues, costs, and cash flow
• Work side by side with management to turn numbers into smart decisions
• Gain in-depth training on and master today’s leading cloud ERP and CPM software (Oracle NetSuite)

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting with 4–6 years of experience, ideally in fast-paced companies and/or Audit Firms.
• You really love accounting and number crunching, you understand the value of flawless processing and analysis of financial data to drive business performance
• You are proactive with a can-do attitude, eager to roll up your sleeves and help, no matter the task
• You have good interpersonal skills, a teamworking attitude and communication abilities.
• You have extreme attention to detail and accuracy
• You are a master in Excel and you can create pivot tables, data tables, use Goal Seeks and manage CSV imports/exports.
• Fluent in English and Italian (spoken and written)

Nice to have: 

• Knowledge of Oracle NetSuite
• A genuine interest in the Information Technology
