About the role
We are looking for a Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) to help us ensure the reliability, scalability, and efficiency of our platform and infrastructure.
In this role, you’ll work closely with our engineering teams to design and maintain robust systems, automate processes, and proactively manage incidents and performance.
You’ll also contribute to the design of our observability stack and help define our operational excellence strategy.

The ideal candidate has working experience in building and operating applications in production environments by leveraging automation tools and cloud technologies such as Kubernetes, Ansible, CI/CD pipeline, and AWS services. Strong knowledge of architectural elements such as API Gateways, Load Balancers, and Identity Providers is also expected.

What you bring
As an SRE, you are expected to have an impact on our product evolution through individual contributions by:

• Reviewing and suggesting architectural and implementation decisions to help simplify and automate software operations.
• Build and maintain robust CI/CD pipelines to test, deploy, and operate development, testing, and production environments.
• Actively participate in design sessions and code reviews.
• Participating in support activities providing guidance and bugfixes.
• Contributing to scrum events such as standups, backlog refinement, demos, and retrospective.
• Effectively collaborating with the team, sharing knowledge, experience, and best practices.
• Coaching junior members of the team to share knowledge and expertise.

What we're looking for
The candidate must have:

• Bachelor or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years of experience as a DevOps, SRE or related roles.
• Excellent knowledge of CI/CD, automation tools, and testing frameworks.
• Proficiency in writing Python scripts, CI/CD pipelines, SQL databases, and automation scripts(e.g. ansible, terraform, helm charts..).
• Knowledge of containerized environments such as Docker and Kubernetes.
• Good communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
• Willingness to participate in an on-call rotation to support production systems and ensure service continuity.

Knowledge of performance engineering principles, machine learning, and the following technologies is also considered a plus:

• AWS Cloud services
• Ansible
• Helm
