About the role

As a Senior Software Engineer, you’ll work at the core of our platform, building and evolving high-scale backend systems powered by AI.

You’ll design and develop microservice architectures, contribute to key technical decisions, and take ownership from design to delivery. Working closely with Product, you’ll help shape solutions, estimate trade-offs, and drive implementation.

We’re looking for someone with solid experience in modern architectures (microservices, serverless), APIs, and both SQL and NoSQL databases - and who is comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

What you'll do

Design & Scale: Build high-scale microservice architectures that automate observability and tuning
Core Development: Lead the design and implementation of core product features, ensuring high standards of reliability, scalability, and security.
Ownership: Manage the entire feature lifecycle, from roadmap to delivery, contributing at every stage and influencing the process.
Code Quality: Write and review high-quality code to evolve team standards and implement industry best practices.
Automation: Automate the testing, building, and delivery (CI/CD) of product features to ensure seamless releases.
Evolution: Participate in support activities, providing technical guidance and effective bug fixes when needed.
Engineering Leadership: Drive team growth by actively participating in Agile ceremonies, mentoring junior members, and fostering a culture of continuous learning through code reviews and pair programming

What we're looking for

Seniority: 7+ years of experience as a software developer
Stack: Proficiency in writing Java and Python applications by using frameworks such as Spring, Databases, and REST APIs
Mindset: Proactive, collaborative, and ready to coach junior members.
Modern Infra & Automation: Hands-on experience with Containers (Docker) and Kubernetes, coupled with a deep understanding of CI/CD pipelines and automation tools to streamline cloud-native deployments.

Nice to have

Background in Performance Engineering or Machine Learning.
Experience with Spring, Elasticsearch, and PostgreSQL.
Knowledge of Kong and Keycloak for API management and security.
